Dr. Abo-Mamood was very easy to talk to and answered my questions and concerns. The receptionist was Al’s friendly and polite.

First time patient. Made appointment on Monday for a Thursday visit to have my foot check out as I've been experiencing an unusual pain. Had to create an account just to make the appointment online which I did. Received email conformation. Received another email that I needed to complete my profile on Tuesday which I did with full health history, insurance, etc. On Wednesday I received another text to confirm my appointment which I did. I had cleared my Thursday afternoon for this appontment. Then, 4 hours before my appointment, I receive an automated text that my appointment has been cancellled by the office, no reason given, and that someone will reach out to reschedule. I waited until 2 hours before the appointment then called the office myself. They stated the Dr couldn't come. No attempts were made to contact me in advance, to reschedule me or to refer me to one of their other locations. Bascially a failure at every possible point of patient interaction.

Dr.Hoenig is extremely patient focused. He is new to St. Louis that’s why he doesn’t have alot of reviews yet. My experience was 5 star! Give him a chance to help!

This is the second time that Dr. Abo-Mahmood has attended to me. He is an exceptional podiatrist. He took his time examining my feet, shaving a bad callus and cutting out an ingrown toenail. He advised me on certain products I could use to maintain healthier feet, especially since I am an avid walker. Dr Sweeney was absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism, expertise, kindness, and overall service was outstanding. She made the patient feel heard (my 90 year old mother) and well taken care of. By far the best experience at the doctor ‘s office.

I was impressed with the podiatrist. He was kind, patient, helpful and provided great insight. I would highly recommend Dr. Ahmed. He has wonderful bedside manner and took his time to ease the pain and discomfort.

Dr Scott took a lot of time with me, listening to my description of my experience and my concerns. She described my diagnosis and thoroughly outlined numerous options for me to consider and follow. She listened carefully and respectfully and clearly expressed interest, skillfulness, and caring. I trust her expertise and I really like her friendliness and professionalism.
